Hello everyone, do you ever has trouble error modem 31, this is very annnoying. i cant online and dial the modem , so how to fix it, after surfing in internet i found the conclucion, this is software connected and related to dial up such connectify the problem, so the way is just uninstall the software which related to dial up such us connectify , then you can try to dial your modem now, and see what happend , it is works brother.
it is happened as my experience in zte modem , my friends also had the same problem on the huawei , the only way is to remove or uninstall the software like connectify.
