Maybe one of you sometimes had this error message on your Huawei Modem device,
'the device has been disconnected or is unavailable'.
you can fix it by the following steps :
Go to mycomputer then properties then hardware then device manager , and disconnect the usb modem, after that right click on the entry Universal Serial Bus Controller and click Uninstall
you dont need for restart the PC and then Connect The usb modem to the USB, for few minutes windows will initialize installing the device,
Now you can start browsing with your modem.
